La Sucursal SA is a one of a kind phenomenon in today's European indie Hard Salsa (Salsa Brava). The band is recognized as a pioneer in the "new 'old school' Salsa movement and considered by many as one of the main representatives of the Barcelona latin sound.

SIN FRONTERAS (Without Borders)
The second album by La Sucursal S.A is out on spring 2011, full of “sentimiento”, vintage salsa, danceable spirit and hot latin music: mambo, son, guajira and guaguancó. This is Guaperia from Barcelona, “Sin Fronteras: rumba, guaracha y vacilón”.

Of the 14 songs on the album, 12 are original compositions and two complementing the disc are known numbers such as "Yo vengo a ofrecer mi corazón" by Latin American rock star Fito Páez; and "Past time Paradise" by the giant of afro american music Stevie Wonder.

In addition, luxury features collaborations with the great sonero Frankie Vázquez, "The Sonero del Barrio" and the young promise of international salsa Hector "Papote" Jiménez, guests from the project Descarga New York-Barcelona, presented at the Sala Apolo Barcelona in February 2011.

La Sucursal SA es la orquesta de salsa de Barcelona (España) formada en 2005. Ha publicado dos LP "Lo Nuestro" (2008) y "Sin Fronteras" (2011) tiene una relación muy estrecha con el publico bailador, y en la actualidad se puede escuchar su música en congresos, salas de baile y discotecas de cualquier parte del mundo, además ha compartido escenario con varios de los bailarines más relevantes de la salsa actual como Adrián y Anita, Juan Matos o Mytical Mambo y con artistas como Ruben Blades, Chucho Valdés, Calle 13 o Juan Luis Guerra.

Gracias a su trabajo constante, al amor y respeto a la cultura y música latina, y pese a su juventud, La Sucursal S.A. es en este momento considerada por los melómanos, Dj´s y bailadores como una de las mejores orquestas de salsa de Europa y se ha abierto un espacio privilegiado entre las formaciones del género a nivel mundial.
